Works as described Feb 22, 2010 This docking station works as described.
I thought the docking station would display song information on my multimedia receiver, also a Denon but after further review of the documentation it will display the information on a TV if your TV will accept the input. I am not hooked up to a TV so this docking station is giving me no more then what I already had. Lesson learned, read more carefully.
I have no negative remarks on the docking station it performs as described and intended.
Works great, easy hook up! Dec 30, 2009 Great product, works great and charges iPhone 3G and new model iPod's. Amazon sells at a great price also!
wish it would have worker for me Oct 31, 2009 Since I bought this unit it was plagued by problems. Finally it overheated and died.
Pros: Feature rich
Cons: Very poor sound quality, not reliable
This was highly recommended by everywhere I read and by Audio Sales staff that had never steared me wrong in the past. Prob defective but didnt start acting up until the waranty expired so couldnt return. Too bad.

Excellent Product, if you use a different Remote Mar 14, 2009 I almost returned this until I discovered all the issues I was having with the device were created by the remote.
I recently purchased a LogicTech 'HarmonyOne' (highest recommendation on this remote - it does what others have claimed to do for years and actually works) when I added the ASD-3N to the HarmonyOne it works flawlessly, I pick back up the Denon Remote and get the same crappy results.
So, very happy with the Dock especially the Internet Radio, as other have said this feature alone makes it worth adding to a Home Theater set-up, but get the HarmonyOne and toss the Denon Remote back in the box.

Nice addition to my Denon receiver Mar 06, 2009 I bought this unit because is compatible with my Denon receiver and the reviews have been so favorable. I enjoy tuning the iPod from the receiver. My only complaint is that my iPod contains over 1200 songs, so the alphabetical sorting can be really slow. I resolved this problem by controlling the iPod directly instead of using the receiver's menu.
The Internet radio feature works very well. I have a wireless network, but I chose this model instead of the wireless based on the reviews. (It was not that big a deal to run an ethernet cable to my modem.) The receiver runs through the Internet channels nicely.
